In this case, one of our innovative artists is saying it to benefit womanhood – our mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, lovers, and friends.

To honor our freedoms, Hold Fast is proud to present the latest special limited release, a charity single, from the Aston Neighborhood Pleasure Club featuring David J “The Emperor’s New Clothes” b/w “My Girl’s Pussy”

Last time, the great David J (co-founder of Bauhaus & Love and Rockets) met up with Joshua James and some of the finest Detroit jazzers they told you to “Seize The Night”. This time with the Aston Neighborhood Pleasure Club, the pairing uses the medieval myth of “The Emperor’s New Clothes”, made popular by Hans Christian Andersen, to tell the tale of a certain someone who likes “the finer things” and doesn’t like to tell the truth.

This very same man has often said he enjoys grabbing, with his tiny hands, things he shouldn’t without a woman’s consent. So, the Aston Neighborhood Pleasure Club thought it would be wise to instruct this so-called “gentleman” on how to treat our feline friends, or something often similarly named, with a cover of Harry Roy’s 1931 bawdy jazz classic “My Girl’s Pussy”.

Since this resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue likes to muddy the waters – we’re going to be crystal clear about our position with this release. This special limited 7 inch from the Aston Neighborhood Pleasure Club will come on clear vinyl in a clear package with black & white graphics hand numbered to 500 pieces in this first pressing.

Why black & white? Well, it’s how he sees the world.

Why clear vinyl? Well, if he won’t be transparent at least we will.

Remember, we said this was for charity to help “our mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, lovers, and friends”?

Hold Fast has thought about this and given the “grabbing” & lack of respect for women this person has shown, while working to defund health care for ladies nationwide, it only make sense to give all profits to Planned Parenthood.
